Want to share your knowledge with the CAMS community? Let us know!

Themes include commercial district revitalization, housing, promotion strategies and other topics guided by the Main Street Approach. All presentation types will be considered (keynote, solo, panel, roundtable, etc.). 

Submit your ideas HERE by May 15. Our conference committee will review all submissions received. Speakers who are selected will receive a FREE conference registration and other exclusive perks.

The past few years have been times of great change and challenges for downtown and commercial corridor leaders.

The 2024 CAMS Conference's educational sessions will focus on some of the most pressing issues in Main Street revitalization in 2024 and beyond, including:

Conference sessions will take place at the Wharfinger Building, conveniently located right on the water at 1 Marina Way.
Our Sunset Happy Hour will take place at the historic Carson Mansion located at 143 M. Street.

  • Additional registrations: $150 before August 1, $199 regular online and on-site.
